SHIPPING POLICY

Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained on the Azure Energy Racing website. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Delivery of Products purchased from the Azure Energy Racing website to addresses outside the United States is limited. Some Products also have restricted delivery within the United States. Estimated delivery times are determined based on the method of shipping chosen when Products are purchased and the destination of the Products.

Azure Energy Solutions is not responsible for any packages once they have been shipped. Once an item has been labeled delivered by the tracking number, responsibility of that package belongs solely to the customer and thus refunds and/or replacements of products (including shipping costs) will not be given.

Azure Energy Solutions will not refund an order due to package theft. In general, it is highly recommended to purchase shipping methods that require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Additionally, any other issues regarding shipping deliveries (damage, delay, etc.) is handled by the shipping company selected.

RETURN POLICY

Battery Swelling/Puffing:

Swelling or Puffing is not considered as a defect and covered as a part of our warranty. Swelling or puffing of a Lithium Polymer batter is the result of improper use.

For this reason it is important to follow the proper care and maintenance recommended in our instruction sheet and use the batteries within its safe operating conditions.

Racing and Speed Series Lipo Batteries:

Due to the inherent abusive nature of drag racing and speedrunning, Speed and Racing Series batteries do not have a warranty.
